Hometown: Adelaide, Australia
Current City: Boulder, CO
Birthday: November 16, 1989
Team: Horizon Organic / Panache Cycling Team
Info: I was born in Adelaide, Australia, but I have dual US/Australian citizenship, and have lived all over the world (Perth, Houston, Dubai, Anchorage, and Boulder). I discovered my love for endurance sports when I was in Anchorage, AK, for high school; I split my time between cross country skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer. When I went to college, I had to make a decision between skiing and cycling - I picked cycling and decided to attend college at CU Boulder. The past few years I have divided my time between collegiate cycling and getting my degree in Aerospace Engineering, and this in May 2012 I achieved two goals: getting my degree, and winning the D1 collegiate national championship road race (I also won the criterium and individual omnium). After a semi-disappointing 2013 season, my focus for the 2014 season is to attain my next goal: a contract with a professional cycling team.
